We'll gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise with original tags attached in order to receive a refund/exchange. If your returned item(s) fail to meet our policies, your item(s) will be shipped back to the address associated with your order, return shipping cost is dependent on the customer. 

Refunds All orders are eligible for return for refund within 7 days after your order has been delivered. Returns for refund will be credited back to their original method of payment within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item, minus original shipping charges. Please note, there is a $5.95 restocking fee with each returned order.

Exchanges Only orders within the U.S are able to initiate a return for exchange. Domestic orders are eligible to exchange within 14 days after your order has been delivered. You may only exchange items for item of the same or lesser value. 

Please note, the shipping costs incurred for returning item(s) is not covered or reimbursed by Andjela Collection. Andjela Collection reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who may abuse or misuse our return policies.

Once we receive your return, please allow 14 business days for processing. An exchange order will be created once your return has been processed. For refunds, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to post your refund back to the original payment method. An e-mail confirmation will be sent once our returns team has fully processed your return.

2. Enter in the e-mail address associated with your purchase as well as the order number

3. Select the reasoning as to why you will be returning your item(s)

U.S Orders

** Overnight/2 Day Expedited orders must be placed before 1pm PST to be sent out within the same business day. All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. 

International Orders

* Shipping time frame may vary depending on where you are located

Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes. An alternative address will typically be requested by the courier or the package will be returned to sender.

International Shipping Costs The price of an international shipment is dependent on a number of factors including the shipping option chosen at checkout and its destination country. The courier calculates the cost once all factors have been accounted for in our system.

We are unable to ship to the below countries:

- Russia

- Brazil

- Guatemala

All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other fees assessed by their local government. Duties paid may be refunded by your customs office after filing for a drawback and providing the appropriate documentation if item(s) are returned. For any additional information on duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office. 

Please note, if you used a discount on your order, customs taxes will be assessed on the original retail price.

Andjela Collection is not be held responsible for any additional charges your order may incur from your local customs authorities.

*Packages that are denied due to refusal to pay charges will be refunded upon the order being returned to us, minus original shipping charges.
